We’re looking for three people to join our team, who care deeply about making Scouts inclusive and welcoming to young people and adults from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds. There will be an opportunity in this role to significantly shape and deliver race equity work at Scouts, working in close partnership with senior volunteers and staff, particularly in the recently expanded EDI team, to sharpen and hone our expertise in this area.
We are recruiting a race equity sub-team to support us in delivering the changes needed to embed race equity right across our movement. The sub-team will:

Please note, you must be over 18, have experience of the Scout Movement, and not currently be a member of UKHQ staff within the Scouts to apply for this role.
